【最寄り駅の送迎について】

送迎についてホテルで行えるのは最寄の「JR新得駅」のみとなり、基本的には札幌方面からの列車の発着利用のお客様のみとなり事前予約必須です。
なお、片道約1時間かかりますのでお待たせする場合や相乗りをお願いする場合もございますのでご了承ください。
*繁忙期には車両乗車人数の上限を超える場合がございます。その場合は先着順となりますので乗車上限超えていた場合は帯広駅まで行きバスで来られた方が早いです。(バス最終出発時間16:30です）

【お送り可能時間】
とかち4号　　09：21新得駅発の便　
おおぞら4号　10：35新得駅発の便　&　10：45富良野行き代行バス
とかち6号　　11：50新得駅発の便

帯広方面からお越しになる場合、ホテルより帯広に向かう場合は定期路線バスが出ておりますのでそちらをご利用下さい。
稀に新得駅へJR帯広駅から来て札幌からの時間に合わせれば問題ないだろという方もいらっしゃいますが、JR新得駅からのバスの連結が不便なため札幌方面のお客様を優先させてください。
どうか弊社の送迎の趣旨をご理解の上ご利用ください。
また、宿泊して頂いたお客様でもアクティビティ会場までの送迎は行っておりませんので各アウトドア業者様にご相談下さい。

【Shuttle Service from/to the Nearest Station】
The hotel provides shuttle service only to and from the nearest station, JR Shintoku Station.
In principle, this service is available only for guests arriving on trains from the Sapporo direction, and advance reservation is required.

Please note that the one-way trip takes approximately one hour, so you may be asked to wait, or to share the vehicle with other guests. Thank you for your understanding.

* During peak seasons, the number of passengers may exceed the vehicle capacity. In such cases, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the shuttle is fully booked, it may be faster to travel to Obihiro Station and then come by bus (the last bus departs at 16:30).

【Available Pick-up Times】
・Tokachi No. 3 Arrives at Shintoku Station at 12:53
・Ozora No. 5 Arrives at Shintoku Station at 13:44
・Ozora No. 7 Arrives at Shintoku Station at 15:48

【Available Drop-off Times】
・Tokachi No. 4 Departs Shintoku Station at 09:21
・Ozora No. 4 Departs Shintoku Station at 10:35　& Substitute bus to Furano at 10:45
・Tokachi No. 6 Departs Shintoku Station at 11:50

If you are coming from the Obihiro area, or traveling from the hotel to Obihiro, please use the regular local bus service, as it is available.

Occasionally, some guests travel from JR Obihiro Station to JR Shintoku Station and assume the shuttle can be used by matching the Sapporo arrival times.
However, due to poor bus connections from JR Shintoku Station, priority is given to guests arriving from the Sapporo direction.
We kindly ask for your understanding of the purpose and limitations of our shuttle service.

Please also note that even for staying guests, we do not provide transportation to activity sites.
Kindly contact the respective outdoor activity providers directly.

All guests who arrive by Takushoku Bus between Saturday, January 24 and Sunday, March 15 will receive coupons usable at various facilities around Lake Shikaribetsu:

When getting off the bus, please obtain a boarding certificate from the driver and present it at the hotel front desk.
